Ed Boersma

Ed Boersma is president of Cubix Construction, a private company in Danville, California, specializing in the design and construction of self storage facilities since the late 1970s. Under his leadership, Cubix Construction has completed over 20 million square feet of self storage space, earning a reputation for efficient, high-quality project delivery. The company is also a trusted construction partner for Veneto West.

Ed combines innovation with practicality, developing standardized, streamlined practices that make projects both cost-effective and operationally efficient. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Economics from Westmont College, and his decades of hands-on experience allow him to guide complex projects from concept to completion while maintaining the highest standards of quality.

Outside of work, Ed enjoys an active lifestyle with his two children in Danville, including kitesurfing and stand-up paddleboarding. His balance of professional expertise and personal passion reflects Ed’s dynamic approach to leadership, construction, and life.
